Chandra Barnett

My creativity has been evolving through the use of learning and experimenting with different mediums. From painting to sculpture to image capture; I've always been very involved and hands-on in my work.

Photography and digital imaging taught me a great deal about story telling. This way of using art lends itself to ongoing collage work that has  allowed me move through and process some big emotions and changes in my life.

My interest in sewing and fabrics started young and was encouraged and nurtured by my maternal grandmother. I‘m excited to now be incorporating  my love of imagery, textiles and collage. I‘m curious  to see where this road goes.
